Today we’d like to introduce our Team
Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeannie Curtis, Allison Ong, Nancy Chan, Sammy Norton.
In 2017, Jeannie Curtis, a neuromuscular therapist, approached her friend, Allison Ong, to help market her natural pain spray, Jeannie In A Bottle. It worked immediately on Allison’s bulging disk so she was sold on wanting to help Jeannie market the pain spray. Allison knew she needed someone else to help her market the natural pain spray so she called on her college friend, Nancy Chan. Nancy used the spray on her relatives and it worked for them as well. Finally in 2019, Sammy Norton was approached and she was immediately sold on it too.
Today we are a small company but we will do different shows such as women’s conferences, school carnivals, street markets, etc. We hope to keep expanding the business and to continually help people with their pain.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Being a small company, the filling, labeling and packaging of the bottles are done by the four of us. When we do receive a big order, we drop everything to fulfill the order on time. Because of this, this is one of the biggest obstacles that we are dealing with right now. As we continue to grow, we will need to produce the quantity of demand for our customers.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
We are a natural pain spray that helps alleviate pain associated with back, neck, shoulder, knees and other bodily pain; stiff joints, sore muscles, inflammation, headaches and migraines; as a sleep aid, mosquito bites, scabies, some skin irritations, etc. Unlike other pain sprays on the market, ours does not contain any chemicals nor is there any expiration date.
Our proudest moments are when we spray our customers, and they can immediately feel the relief from our spray. From there, our customers tell their friends and family about our pain spray. We even had customers spray their coworkers and friends with the spray as well, which in turn, created even more sales.
What were your past/current career paths?

Healing Benefits of Peppermint Oil
What Is Peppermint Oil?
Peppermint is a cross between watermint and spearmint and is native to Europe.
This antimicrobial herb has been known for its medicinal uses, and its impressively long history often gives it the prestigious title as the world’s oldest medicine. Unlike many other herbs and essential oils, numerous health benefits of peppermint and its oil have been studied and proven by science. As a result, this oil is also sold in the form of capsules and tablets and is even prescribed by doctors of alternative and modern medicine. Peppermint oil can also be used as a flavoring agent. You will find very few people who find it unsuitable for their palate.
The oil contains numerous minerals and nutrients including manganese, iron, magnesium, calcium, folate, potassium, and copper. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, and vitamin C.
Health Benefits
The health benefits of this oldest medicinal oil include the following:
Reduces Muscle & Joint Pain
Peppermint oil can be used externally to provide relief from muscle pain. It is believed that the presence of calcium antagonism in peppermint oil helps remove pain from affected areas. In case of injury or wound, apply this oil topically to the area to reduce swelling, relieve pain, and eliminate the chances of uncomfortable inflammation of the joints.
Prevents Sinus
Inhaling this oil helps relieve congestion of the sinuses, and helps prevents other problems including nasal congestion, asthma, bronchitis, cold, and cough.
Suppresses Appetite
Taking a few sniffs of peppermint oil or applying it to your chest or temples can help in curbing cravings and make you feel full faster.
Boosts Energy
If you have chronic fatigue syndrome, peppermint oil can be very beneficial. Its analgesic properties help improve energy levels, focus, and concentration and thereby help you work better in your day-to-day life.
Prevents Allergy
Peppermint oil along with clove and eucalyptus oil can help prevent the risk of allergies by relaxing your nasal passages and clearing out the nose of any muck and pollens.
Treats ADHD
Rubbing a few drops of peppermint oil on your child’s short can prevent ADHD by improving alertness and concentration.
Anti-itch
If it’s a rash that giving you the itch or poison ivy, you can use peppermint oil to soothe and relieve it.
Reduces Fever
It is also cooling in nature and is subsequently used to reduce fever. It is frequently called a “refrigerant”, meaning that it can provide an intensely cold sensation to any affected area.
Skin Care
Peppermint oil contains menthol, which is good for the skin because it gives a cooling sensation. Furthermore, it nourishes dull skin and improves the texture of oily or greasy skin.
Treats Acne
This antimicrobial agent helps to clear up acne naturally by keeping the skin free of any allergens or pimple-causing bacterias.
Relieves Headache
Peppermint oil is a good home remedy for nausea and headaches because of its cooling and anti-inflammatory properties. To quickly alleviate the pain of a headache, simply apply it in a diluted form directly on the forehead or the temples. Inhaling this oil can eliminate the effects of nausea and motion sickness because of its relaxing and soothing effects. Furthermore, it reduces the pain of migraines in certain patients within 15 minutes of topical application, according to a study done in 2007.
Promotes Hair Growth
Peppermint oil has antiseptic, regenerative, and stimulating effects, which helps relieve dry scalp and irritation, stimulate hair growth for those suffering from baldness and give hair a shiny, fresh look.
Other Benefits
Reduces Stress
Like most other essential oils, peppermint is able to provide relief from stress, depression, and mental exhaustion due to its refreshing nature. It is also effective against anxiety and restlessness. Furthermore, it stimulates [5] mental activity, clears the mind, and boosts cognition.
Relieves Spasms
Peppermint oil is very effective for gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and during a double-contrast barium enema, where it is applied intraluminally. Further benefits of peppermint oil that might stem from its antispasmodic properties are being studied.
Treats Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
Peppermint oil can be used to treat urinary tract infections (UTI). Although it is traditionally used, formal scientific research is still underway to understand the details of this specific attribute. Peppermint oil has a wealth of antibacterial qualities, which may be the underlying reason why it can reduce the effects and frequency of urinary tract infections in alternative applications.
Boosts Immunity
Peppermint oil can boost a person’s immunity to various diseases and is commonly employed by people with a weak immune system or who seem to frequently suffer from illness. Peppermint oil is also known to have powerful antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal effects, which is why it is used in so many alternative treatments. It is composed of camphor, menthol, and carvacrol, which are resistant to certain dangerous bacterial strains like E. coli, salmonella, and staph infections.
Improves Blood Circulation
The stimulating effects of peppermint oil have been shown to increase blood circulation. Studies have shown that as soon as the vapor of the essential oil touches the end of the olfactory nerve endings, there is an instant increase in pulse rate and blood circulation. The stimulating effect of increased blood circulation helps oxygenate the body’s organs and increase metabolism. This leads to higher cognitive function and protection against neurally degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia. Furthermore, increased blood circulation can prevent diabetics from complications they are already at risk of due to their glucose level imbalances.

5 Benefits of Neuromuscular Therapy
What is neuromuscular therapy?
Neuromuscular therapy is a type of massage that highly specializes in treating soft tissues of the body. Neuromuscular therapy provides the balance of the nervous system with the muscular and skeletal systems. This helps to naturally bring the body back into alignment.
Neuromuscular therapy focuses on providing relief from pain and dysfunction originating from specific areas of soft tissues and trigger points. This type of massage therapy can also help alleviate chronic pain.
Some athletes also seek the benefits of neuromuscular therapy to help improve their performance. Here are the 5 benefits of neuromuscular therapy:
#1 IMPROVES RANGE OF MOTION
Neuromuscular therapy targets the soft tissue or trigger point that causes the pain. When pain is reduced, the range of motion is improved. This type of massage relieves muscle tension and soreness which boosts mobility and flexibility.
#2 ENHANCES POSTURE AND BETTER BALANCE
Poor posture affects the body’s balance which may also cause an imbalance in the muscular system. Neuromuscular therapy provides an excellent technique in pain management that brings balance to the nervous and musculoskeletal system.
#3 TREATS TRIGGER POINTS AND REFERRAL PAIN
What are trigger points?
Trigger points are located in the skeletal muscle which produces pain when compressed. Pain may be the result of a trauma, ligament tear, muscle and nerve damage.
Neuromuscular therapy is known for targeting trigger points to alleviate pain and discomfort. Here are some trigger point conditions that can be treated with neuromuscular therapy:
- Temporomandibular Joint Pain
- Headache and Migraine
- Low Back Pain
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Sports Injuries
#4 IMPROVES BIOMECHANICAL DYSFUNCTIONS
What are biochemical dysfunctions?
Biochemical dysfunctions are imbalances of the musculoskeletal system that results in faulty movement patterns. This includes poor lifting hands, bad golf swing or tennis stroke, and tremendous keyboarding hands.
Neuromuscular therapy can help stimulate and increase blood circulation. When blood flow is improved, your joint can function with better flexibility and mobility. This helps your joints to function better while reducing pain and swelling.
#5 PROMOTES OVERALL HEALTH
Neuromuscular therapy does not only provide relaxation but also pain treatment. The goal is to rebuild the strength of injured tissues while restoring your body’s physical functionality. This type of massage also promotes improved blood circulation. Thus, promoting good overall health.

NORTH CAROLINADear Ms. Curtis, I wanted to thank you for the prompt attention you gave to my sciatic spasm on August 2, 2005. Over the years, when I have experienced the sciatic pain, the other therapies and modalities have been relatively ineffective. Your ability to release the spasm pain was very impressive and I wanted to take the time out to personally thank you and compliment you on your skills and understanding of the problem. As a physician, I am in contact with patients who may need your services and will be happy to make referrals. I have also spoken with several orthopedic colleagues at this morning's hospital breakfast, indicating how valuable a resource you would appear to be for patients that they too encounter. Thank you again for your services.

UNITED STATESI use to be full of stress and anxiety. I had all kinds of issues with depression and scary thoughts in my life. When I was 22 my doctor put me on Xanax to help. It was not a cure at all. The pill became very addicting to me and I had the fear of not living with out it. My addiction lasted me 8 years. When I met Jeannie she had CURED ME! not just a treatment but a cure to my feeling of stress and anxiety. She took me on a journey full of education to get to my cure. Jeannie system works. I have been off Xanax for over a year now. I'm 31 years young and it was about time that I got my life back for me and for my family. I am a better person and most of all her cure and my battles made me a stronger person for it. I feel better and my wife and daughter are much happier with the new me. I thank god for his direction to me to find a professional like her. Though we never met and I never went to Arizona to her office she was still able to do the job better then I could ever imagine. For that I thank you for my life back.

The Magic of Clove Oil
What is Clove Oil?
Clove oil is extracted from the dried flower buds of clove (Eugenia caryophyllata). It has numerous medicinal properties and is used topically for pain relief. The oil is rich in plant-derived phenylpropanoids, with the main compound being eugenol. [1] The other bioactive compounds include thymol, carvacrol, and cinnamaldehyde. The color of clove oil ranges from pale yellow to a golden brown. It has a spicy fragrance, similar to that of cloves. The oil is also commonly used as a fragrance and flavoring agent.
Health Benefits
Although clove oil is known primarily for dental care, the benefits are not limited to it. This powerful oil can do wonders for you in multiple ways listed below.
Treats Acne
Clove oil is often recommended for acne patients as it has potent antimicrobial properties. Research shows that the oil can inhibit Staphylococcus bacteria, which can cause acne breakouts, pimples, boils, skin sores, rashes, blisters, impetigo, and Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome.
To treat acne, you can mix a few drops of clove oil with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or jojoba oil, and apply it with the help of a cotton ball on the inflamed area. You can also mix 2-3 drops of oil with 1 teaspoon of raw honey and apply it. Rinse it off once dry.
Skin Care
Eugenol in clove oil has rejuvenating and stimulating properties, which can increase blood flow to the skin and make it look radiant. You will find it in many products for lessening the effects of aging, like wrinkles, sagging skin, and blemishes.
Anti-inflammatory Properties
The flavonoids in clove oil have potent anti-inflammatory properties. This powerful natural oil is used to treat all kinds of inflammation in the body from toothaches, inflamed gums, skin eruptions, muscle and joint pain, to inflammation in the gut.
